We have an Environmental Management System and maintain objectives, targets and procedures alongside the Environmental Policy Statement. QUALITY ASSURANCE We are concerned with quality of service and ensure that operating procedures are in place to maintain high standards. With this comes a full commitment to learning and improving audit techniques. With considerable knowledge of our services we endeavour to satisfy the expectations of customers in response to all aspects of work undertaken. Confidentiality is maintained and information is not passed to third parties under any circumstances. HEALTH & SAFETY We fully acknowledges the statutory requirements of the Health & Safety at Work Act (1974) and the Management of Health & Safety at Work Regulations (1999) and The Control of Asbestos Regulations (2006). We undertake risk assessments and follow written Operating Procedures to safeguard employees. Information, awareness and training is provided regularly to employees. Copies of our Operating Procedures are available upon request. |
